Victor Jegede is undergoing his PhD in Information Technology, and He is a Masters Degree holder in Information Technology, Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, National Diploma in Multimedia Technology, Diploma in Theatre Art, also with Professional Certification with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) & Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
He has served on the board of many reputable companies and academic organizations. He was on the board of trustees until December 2022, and was Registrar St Winifred Innovation Institute, Ibadan, 2018 to 2022, Assistance Registrar College of Banking & Finance. He was the Chief Web Officer at Wintech IT. Solution, Feb 2010 to Dec 2022.
Head of Department of Software Engineering, 2012 to 2018. Secretary/Member in developing the Curriculum and Courses specifications in Network Engineering for Higher National Diploma for National Board for Technical Education, otherwise known as NBTE, the board of education which supervises, regulates and oversees educational programmes offered by technical institutions at Polytechnic and Monotechnic levels through an accreditation process in Nigeria.
He has edited and co-edited with A-list directors like the BBC trained Sebari Diete-Spiff, Denny Miller (South Africa), Pierre Pasler (Germany), and a host of others on local and international platforms.
He is also part of the crew that produced TV shows like the Pan African television talk show created and hosted by Mo Abudu; “Moments With Mo” showing on MNet, African Magic, Silverbird and NTA network, the brand new Abuja based celebrity talk show called “The Chatroom” (that hosted the likes of Ali Nuhu, Modenine, Shehu Shagari, Dino Melaye and more) to air on some satellite networks and other terrestrial stations.
Victor’ experience of making films also extends to documentaries, as he was part of the production crew for the ‘ACGSF documentary’ for CBN, Nigeria 2009 - U17 World Cup City Profile & Draws for FIFA & AIT and more.
He recently got involved with content creation for Africa Magic Hausa on the DSTv platform; Project Arewa consisting of Hausa based shows like Bayan Fage (Behind the scenes of Kanywood movies), Hausa Soundtrack Top 10 Chart and more.
